EL VERBO TO HAVE
El verbo to have significa 'tener' y 'haber'.
A veces puede ser traducido por 'tomar' cuando se habla de bebida o comida. También, es el verbo auxiliar por excelencia, como en español, y se usa para formar los tiempos verbales compuestos.
Ejemplo 1: I have a new bike (tengo una nueva bicicleta); ejemplo 2: I have slept (he dormido); ejemplo 3: I will have coffee (tomaré café).
Algunas veces, en inglés se refuerza la idea de posesión añadiendo a este verbo el participio got. Por ejemplo: I have got a ticket / I've got a ticket (tengo un boleto).
